Income Tax
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes
on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census
or enumeration.

Author
Federal Government was the author of the 16th Amendment, which was allegedly ratified
in 1913. After a year of extensive research,Bill Benson discovered that the 16th Amendment was not ratified by the required
3/4 of the states, but nevertheless Secretary of State Philander Knox fraudulently announced ratification.
